DialButler.com offers toll-free number forwarding with custom messages (“Thanks for calling!” or “We’re close right now, send an email”) that can either be uploaded OR converted from text-to-speech. This enables our customers to quickly modify messaging without re-recording messages manually. Dial Butler launched a new text-to-speech tool for our customers to enable editing and fine-tuning messages for their Dial Butler toll-free numbers before making them live.
In effort to enable agile experiences for our customers, Dial Butler has offered text-to-speech for menu messaging (along with eight different voices to choose from). Using our text-to-speech menu tool, customers can modify the messages their callers hear when they dial their Dial Butler toll-free number without having to manually record messages or pay for voice talent to manually record messages. This is a great way to insert adhoc messages to get the word out about promotional events, let callers know about sudden business closures due to weather, and keep a low-overhead on your customer service infrastructure.
Launching today, all Dial Butler customers now have access to our new text-to-speech sandbox tool. This tool enables you to listen to your toll-free configuration messages before saving them so that you know what they sound like and how long they are before they’re exposed to your callers.
